By submitting a contact or booking form on our website, engaging our services, or entering into a service agreement with TrueNorth Landscaping & Outdoor Services (“TrueNorth”), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding.
TrueNorth offers professional landscaping and outdoor maintenance services to residential and small commercial clients in Brampton and the Greater Toronto Area, including but not limited to:
The specific scope of work will be confirmed in writing or verbally prior to commencing any project. Services not included in the agreed scope may be subject to additional charges.
TrueNorth offers free, no-obligation estimates for all services. All pricing is provided upfront with transparency before any work begins. Quotes are valid for 14 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated.
Prices may be adjusted if site conditions differ significantly from what was observed during the initial estimate, or if the client requests additional work beyond the agreed scope.
Service bookings are confirmed upon mutual agreement between the client and TrueNorth. We make every effort to arrive on schedule; however, scheduling may be affected by weather conditions, equipment issues, or unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, we will notify you as soon as possible and reschedule at the earliest available time.
TrueNorth takes pride in on-schedule project delivery and maintains a 100% commitment to timeliness.
We understand that plans change. We ask that clients provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling of booked services. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice for recurring or scheduled contracts may be subject to a cancellation fee.
TrueNorth reserves the right to reschedule services due to unsafe weather conditions, including heavy rain, lightning, or extreme temperatures, at no penalty to the client.
Payment is due upon completion of each service unless a recurring or seasonal contract with alternative payment terms has been agreed upon in advance. Accepted payment methods will be communicated at the time of booking.
For ongoing winter or seasonal contracts, payment schedules will be outlined in the service agreement. Late payments may be subject to a service interruption or additional charges.

TrueNorth takes every precaution to protect your property and carry out work safely. We are not liable for pre-existing damage to lawns, plants, trees, hardscapes, or structures that was present before our work began.
TrueNorth is not responsible for damage caused by hidden underground obstacles (pipes, cables, rocks) that were not disclosed or marked prior to work. Clients are encouraged to mark irrigation systems and utility lines before services begin.
In the unlikely event that damage occurs as a direct result of negligence on our part, TrueNorth will work with the client to find a fair and reasonable resolution.
TrueNorth is committed to environmentally responsible landscaping. We use quiet electric equipment where possible and follow sustainable practices including responsible disposal of organic waste and clippings. We may recommend eco-friendly alternatives to chemical treatments as part of our service approach.
By submitting the contact form on our website, you agree that the personal information provided (name, email, phone, service details) may be used by TrueNorth to respond to your inquiry, provide a quote, and follow up regarding our services. Your information will not be shared with third parties for marketing purposes. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for full details.
TrueNorth may take before-and-after photographs of completed work for use in our portfolio, website, or social media. These images do not include identifiable personal information. If you do not wish for your property to be photographed, please notify us in writing before work begins.
TrueNorth reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be reflected on our website with an updated effective date. Continued use of our services following such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the applicable federal laws of Canada. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ontario.
